We invite you to our Women’s & Children’s Circle Camp-Out on Friday, June 5th, as part of our 5-day Village Building Gathering.
This will be a beautiful space for women and children to gather in community, share presence, sing around the fire, and connect deeply with nature. At Amora, we want to place women and children in the circle — this gathering is an invitation to honor the feminine, the children, and the beauty of coming together in community.
Overview
This event is part of our 5 day Village Building Gathering experience rooted in connection, ceremony, and community care. Friday evening is centered around a women’s and children’s cirlce, with an optional camp-out on the land. Saturday continues with a family nature day open to women, children, and dads.
Friday: Women and Children’s Camp Out
Arrival and Clothing Swap
3:00–5:00 PM
Arrive, settle in, and join our Children’s and Women clothing swap. Clothing donated during the swap will be shared with the local community of Dominicalito after the event.
Potluck
5:00 – 6:00 PM
Sharing a meal is one of the most beautiful ways we build community. Let’s come together, share what we’ve brought, and let the food nourish not just our bodies, but our hearts and connections too.
Sunset Circle
6:00 – 7:00 PM
At sunset, we will gather for an introduction circle. Authentically connecting with the women and children we are gathering with.
Bobisana Fire Ceremony
7:00 – 9:00 PM
When the night sets and the stars shine we gather around the fire for a Bobisana ceremony with Keena. Followed by music, shared songs, and heartfelt community connection.
Optional Camp-Out
You are welcome to camp out on the land and stay the night with us.
If you don’t have camping equipment, no worries — just reach out and we will arrange a space in one of our tent (spaces are limited).
Saturday: Family Nature Day
We’d love for you to stay and join us for our Saturday Family Nature Day as well. Dads are warmly welcome to join this day too.
Shared Morning Practice
7:00–9:00 AM
Begin the day with breathwork, yoga, and movement.
Waterfall Dip
8:00–10:00 AM
Enjoy a refreshing waterfall dip and time in nature.
Tree Planting Ceremony
10:00 AM–1:00 PM
Join us in planting trees and co-creating Amora together in the physical realm.
Solar Carving Workshop
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Carve your art on wood with a solar wood carving workshop led by Audra.
Donation-Based Gathering
This is a donation-based gathering. You’re welcome to support our crowdfunding campaign by gifting whatever feels good to you. Your contribution helps us continue creating the physical structure we need to host education at Amora, rain or shine.
What to Bring
