a Regenerative Village in Costa Rica

Nestled on sacred land near the ocean, a heart-centered community is being born. Join us in remembering what it means to live in harmony with nature and each other.

This land called for women to lead the creation of a multigenerational, family-centered village.

A regenerative community that honors elders, supports parents, and raises children who never forget their magic.

Guided by the wisdom of nature and the heart Amora flourishes as an intentional community focused on regenerative living, wellness, and conscious family-centered lifestyles. Here, every generation thrives in deep connection with nature, wellbeing, and community.

Key Pillars

Our foundation

Regeneration

Commitment to ecological restoration, healing ecosystems, and resilience building.

Birthed by Women

Feminine leadership based on compassion, collaboration, and intention.

Multigenerational

Family-centered living with children nurtured in nature and community, while caring for and honoring elders.

Shared Stewardship

Collective responsibility for land, resources, and community wellbeing.

Connection

Deep authentic relationships and intentional spaces for meaningful interaction.

Inclusivity

A multicultural, multi-housing village that welcomes diverse members including at least 30% Costa Rican Nationals and accomodates accessible housing and high-end housing.

Our Intentional Community

We are a group of heart-centered beings who love the jungle, the ocean, authentic human connection, sharing food, watching sunsets, and singing songs around the fire.

We are musicians, artists, facilitators, teachers, builders, farmers, and entrepreneurs. We are living our life purpose, sharing our gifts abundantly. We raise children who never forget how magical they are. We honor our elders. We worship nature. We enjoy life.

Permaculture

We have planted 1,400 fruit trees and native hardwoods!

We are dedicated to enhancing biodiversity and cultivating food for both humans and animals. Guided by the principles of permaculture, biodynamics, and syntropic farming, we continue to plant more trees and nurture the land.

Shared Stewardship

Amora is creating a radically cooperative living ecosystem where every resident is both a homeowner and a shareholder in a thriving, self-sustaining community enterprise.

This model is designed to eliminate most personal expenses while generating collective prosperity. Every homebuyer becomes a true co-owner of the entire regenerative eco village. Sharing not just land and infrastructure, but in the abundance we create together.

"What becomes possible when we live together"
