Together, we are giving birth to a regenerative way of living. One that exists in harmony with nature, with one another, and with ourselves. We would love for you to be part of our regenerative community and village.

To give you a sense of the timeline, we are currently in the pre-permitting, redevelopment, infrastructure development, and design phase. We expect to have six clear-title lots available for purchase at the beginning of 2026. Construction and presales for affordable, mid-range, and luxury homes on shared land will begin later in 2026.
