Shared Stewardship

At Amora, we believe in a new way of living, where we are stewarding the land together. In this way we are protecting the nature, wildlife and the community. Living in harmony with nature and supporting each other.

Stewarding the land together

The Model of Amora and how it works

Shared stewardship at Amora embodies collective responsibility for our sacred land while empowering individual freedom and shared prosperity. The land will be held in a non-profit land trust, ensuring its regeneration and protection from further subdivision for future generations.

Resident will own their homes, lease the land from the land trust (which they are are co-stewarding), and become share holders of Amora’s regenerative businesses, fostering personal investment and stability.

Ownership and Land Structure

Land Trust Protection

Land Trust Protection

The non-profit land trust owns the earth beneath our homes forever. This model aligns with community land trusts used in regenerative projects worldwide, prioritizing ecological health over profit.

Home Ownership

Home Ownership

Each family or individual will own their own home. A rent to own option, similar to a mortgage, will be available to those who need it.

Long-Term Leases

Indefinitely renewable leases provide sovereignty similar to clear title ownership, fostering personal investment and stability.

Shared Revenue Model

All Amora residents become co-owners of Amora revenue-generating enterprises

Profits from these regenerative businesses go to supporting community infrastructure, reducing HOA fees, covering utilities, providing food and healthcare to the Amora residencies. The revenue generated from the retreat enter, longevity center, rental program, cafe and other Amora businesses create abundance for the whole community.
