A Founding Seeder is one of the first people to plant their commitment to Amora. Your one-time donation brings the land, the master plan, and the first homes into being, and places you in the circle shaping our first chapters. It is an intention, not a commitment. The donation is non-refundable, and it is not a reservation or a payment toward a home.

It says: I believe in what's taking root here, and I want to be part of it. It's an intention to choose your home in the future, and it is not a reservation or a payment toward a home.

Does becoming a Founding Seeder reserve a home for me?
We want to be honest about this. Your gift is not a reservation or a payment toward a home, and no particular home is set aside. What it gives you is a place in the founding circle: you'll be the first to know, and the first we invite, when the homes open. You take your actual place in the next step of the journey, when you feel ready.

Your founding gift is a one-time, non-refundable donation.

We'll welcome you into the founding circle with Founding Seeder calls and webinars. And we'd love to receive your community questionnaire — your answers help us shape the village as it grows.
When can I make a home at Amora?
Amora is being built in rhythm with the land, and the path to living here opens in stages. The Founding Seeder webinar walks through pricing, structure, and the path to becoming a resident — the clearest place to see how the timeline unfolds. We'll always share concrete dates with the founding circle first.
