A Founding Seeder is one of the first people to plant their commitment to Amora. This one-time founding donation — $100, or $500 or $1,000 if you feel called to give more — does two things: it helps bring the land, the master plan, and the first homes into being — and it places you inside the circle of people who shape and witness Amora's first chapters.

This is an intention to choose a home or lot in the future — not a full commitment. The founding donation is non-refundable and is not a reservation or payment toward a home.
