An invitation to build

Work With Us

Propose your work and grow alongside Amora's regenerative village in Costa Rica.

An open invitation

Bring what you're called to build

Amora grows through the people who bring their gifts to it. We welcome ideas, offerings, and ventures from anyone called to contribute: a garden, a piece of infrastructure, a service, a craft, a program, or something we haven't yet imagined. New to Amora? Start with the story of the village.

Answer each prompt in as much detail as you can. The clearer your proposal, the better we can answer. Fields marked * are required.

Proposal form

About you

Your details

So we know who we're speaking with.

Your proposal

The idea

Tell us about your idea — specificity is a gift to both of us.

What kind of work is it?

What are you proposing? Describe it in plain words, the way you would to a neighbor.

2. How it serves Amora

3. Cost of materials

Itemize what you can, and note anything Amora may already have on hand. (optional)

4. Time to implement

5. What you'd need from us

Spell it all out — a clear ask is easier to say yes to. (optional)

Who would keep it alive?

Once it's up and running, what does it take to keep it alive and well? Be generous with the detail — this is where many good ideas quietly fail.

  • What it costs to maintain over time
  • Expected lifespan, and what happens at the end of it
Reciprocity

The exchange

Amora is built on reciprocity — there's more than one way to be valued here. Select at least one.

Amounts, structure, percentages, or the shape of the reciprocity you have in mind. Propose a blend, or something we haven't listed.

This form is an invitation to propose — not an offer, an agreement, or a commitment. Any partnership is subject to mutual agreement and formal terms. Please allow up to one month for review, and time for feedback and revision.
