Photo & video consent. I give Amora permission to use photos/videos of me/us for community and promotional purposes. If I do NOT consent, I will explicitly inform an Amora representative verbally in person before participating in any activities.Code of conduct. I agree to respect the land and community: no alcohol/drugs, supervise children at all times, wear appropriate footwear, and follow safety instructions from the Amora team.Risks acknowledgment. I understand and voluntarily accept all natural risks on the land, including slipping, falling, uneven terrain, insects, animals, weather, and other outdoor hazards.Liability release. I understand that participation is at my own risk and I fully release Amora / Sandy Rainbow Owner S.R.L. and its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability for personal injury, death, or property damage, except for the minimum liability that cannot be waived under Costa Rican law.Waiver confirmation.
